1. Order Confirmation & COD Agreement
By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the customer enters a binding agreement to receive and pay for the shipment upon delivery.
2. Fraudulent Orders & Refusal of Delivery
Intentional refusal to accept orders without a valid reason, providing fake contact details, or fraudulent orders causes direct financial loss to the business (shipping and return fees). We reserve the right to:
Permanently ban the account/phone number from future COD orders.
Report fraudulent numbers to courier networks and relevant Saudi authorities under local commercial/e-commerce regulations.
3. Delivery Commitments
While we aim for 1-day delivery in Riyadh and up to 3 days for other regions, unforeseen courier delays (weather, traffic, incorrect addresses) do not constitute a breach of service.
